Making a purchase

There are no minimum order requirements.
We accept payments by Mastercard, Visa, Switch or Delta via our website. Alternatively, to make a purchase by cheque or postal order please send the payment along with the order and delivery address details to Ashleigh Bishop, 24 High Street, Dunster, Somerset, TA24 6SG, UK. Your order will be sent as soon as the payment has been cleared.
Cheques  should be made payable to Ashleigh Bishop Ltd.

Postal charges
There is a charge of £3.00 postage and packing for UK mainland orders and £7.00 postage and packing for the rest of the world. This applies to any order of up to three prints per postal tube.
Cards are £1 P&P - up to four cards per envelope – they do not have to be the same title.
Mounted prints are £3 P&P up to two mounts per parcel.
Canvas prices include special packaging with a £3 carriage charge. Please note that we are unable to send canvas’ ready to hang abroad. They are sent rolled in a tube and different charges apply. Please contact us for details.
All card / print / mounted print / mini canvas orders are sent with The Post Office Ltd. and the above charges are worked out in line with their fee.  Large canvas print orders are sent with a courier and the delivery charge is worked out in line with their fee.

Delivery information
We aim to get your order to you within seven working days, depending on print availability. In the unlikely event that your print is not in stock, we will e-mail you to advise you of this and when you can expect delivery.
A receipt will be sent with the goods.

Credit card security
All credit card transactions are taken via a secure 128bit encrypted payment provider and only used for the purposes of processing your order. Your credit card details are not stored.

Privacy policy
We only use the information we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We do this for two reasons 1) to process your order 2) to provide the best service. Your details will not be passed on to any other party.

Guarantee
We guarantee your complete satisfaction. Should you be dissatisfied with you order in any way please advise us within three working days of receipt by e-mail info@mauricebishop.co.uk or telephone 01643 822112.
